END-OF-LINE PALLETIZERS WITH FANUC ROBOTS FOR WOOD RECYCLING PLANT IN DUBAI
We designed and implemented two robotic cells with end-of-line palletizers using FANUC robots for a wood recycling plant in Dubai. This project significantly improved the efficiency and accuracy of the palletizing process.
Technologies used:
- FANUC Robots: Employed to automate the palletizing process, ensuring speed and precision
- SCADA WinCC: Supervisory control and data acquisition system to monitor and manage the entire production flow
- Management Software: Developed with Siemens TIA Portal, utilizing advanced CPUs for real-time process control and monitoring
