PLC Programming for Automated Packing Machine
To support a client’s packaging line, we developed a customized ladder logic program for a semi-automated packing machine designed to handle item wrapping, sealing, and dispensing in a continuous cycle.
Technologies used:
- Ladder logic programming using Siemens TIA Portal with S7-1200 PLC
- Integration with photoelectric sensors, limit switches, and actuators to control the sequence logic
- HMI integration for manual/automatic modes and operator alert
